Limits only stop new things. None of these ever needs a plan or an add-on, even if a payment is missed.

Questions
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing you already have stops. You can still open, pay, print and export everything, and lodge your returns. Only adding something new past the limit waits until you add the extra or change plan.
Does my plan renew?
A plan paid by card renews on the saved card at the end of its period, for the same plan and price, until you cancel renewal — which you can do at any time and still keep the plan to the end of the period. With M-PAiSA nothing is charged without you: Pay with M-PAiSA for one or twelve months. We’ll remind you before your plan ends; renewal requires your approval.
What if a renewal payment fails, or I stop paying?
A plan that renews on a saved card: if the renewal payment fails, you keep your plan for a 14-day grace period from the renewal date, with the exact deadline shown in the app; pay in that time and the plan carries on. Unpaid after 14 days, the account moves to the Free limits for new things only.
A plan paid with M-PAiSA is paid in advance and has no renewal payment to fail: it runs to its end date, and to keep it without a break you pay again before then (we remind you a week before). The 14-day grace period is promised for failed card renewals only.
Either way, nothing is deleted, everything can still be viewed, paid, printed and exported, and you can export all of your data at any time.
What does "fair use" mean?
Fair use: no fixed limit for the ordinary use of one group of businesses; TitanX may ask about use that looks like a shared service or a job board.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving up starts straight away and counts what is left of your current plan. Moving down starts when your current period ends.
Is TitanX FRCS-approved?
No. TitanX prepares your VAT, FNPF, PAYE and TST figures and exports for you to lodge; it is not an approved or certified FRCS system.
TitanX is not FRCS-accredited. VMS signing is available only in the FRCS sandbox for testing. Do not use TitanX to meet a VMS fiscal-receipt obligation.
